About Us
Our brand “Claire Crochet Couture” is an on-line business specializing in needle craft, crochet handbags and crochet vintage fashion items; scarf, hat, dress, jacket, belt, clutch, ... We provide also crochet kits for handbags and onsite workshop, not only Thai and French clients but to all crocheters over the world. We also stock a wide range of cotton yarn, raffia, crochet hook, metalware, and all necessary accessories and tool kits. Our design concept is simple, elegant, vintage, fully functional, long-lasting and sustainable that matches with people's nowadays lifestyle.
Soranee Pongpitak or Khun Claire has built the brand “ClaireCrochetCouture” by developing business from Claire Stationary and Accessory Shop that she created in 2016. It’s time to rebuild its brand in 2023! She graduated from Angers University and hold a Professional Master Degree in Arts Management (DESS Management des Arts de la France). She has passion in Arts, Needlework, Haute Couture, and Sustainable Fashion. She was inspired and empowered by a French Designer with his brand “Les Cakes de Bertrand” and since then she started her own family business in yarn, fabric and needlework industry as a weekend entrepreneur and now she becomes Business & Brand owner as well as an expert in needle industry. She is also the Founder of "Bangkok Needle Home" which is an online plateform to connect people around the world who have passion in needleworks and to share their masterpieces and inspirations.

People often ask me how I can transform career from HR to Entrepreneur?
The answer is switching skills and competencies as well as with a right mindset "Believe in yourself that you are capable of great thing" My previous skills/competencies were global talent acquisition, recruiting and people development. Now the main ones are resources management, creation & production, and sales & marketing.
To achieve SMART goals, I have to coach myself with planning and organizing. Since I used to work in HR Recruitment and HR Development, I have realized that skills/competencies for a job role are key, therefore it plays important role for career development.
